CCPA Privacy Rights
Your privacy rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).
This notice supplements our Privacy Policy and applies to residents of California, providing rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA).
The categories of personal information we may collect from California consumers include identifiers (such as IP address, device identifiers, and an email address if you voluntarily provide one), internet and network activity (your browsing on App US, searches, and interactions), inferences about your interests, and approximate geolocation derived from your IP address at the region level. We do not collect Social Security numbers, financial account details, health data, biometric data, or the contents of private communications.
App US does not sell your personal information for money in the traditional sense. However, like many ad-supported sites, we allow advertising partners to collect identifiers and activity through cookies and pixels to serve interest-based advertising, which may be considered a sale or sharing under California law. We do not sell or share the information of consumers known to be under 16.
As a California resident, you have the right to know what we collect, to delete personal information, to correct inaccurate information, to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, and to non-discrimination for exercising your rights. You can opt out using the Global Privacy Control browser signal, industry opt-out tools, and our cookie controls.
To submit a Right to Know, Delete, or Correct request, contact us through our contact form with the subject California Privacy Rights Request. We will acknowledge within 10 business days and respond within 45 calendar days, and we may verify your identity by email since App US does not use accounts.
